Import/Export

You can import employee records from a file from your payroll system into TAA. You can also export the TAA time card data of actual hours worked for your payroll system.

To begin, click Import/Export on the left menu to see the following options:

Export Time: To export your employees' time card data, including approval, payroll provider, and field mappings settings.
Import Employees: To import employee data from your payroll provider, including the path to the file, import schedule, fields, departments, and employee types.
Import Notifications: To see notifications about your imports, including errors, new employees, and field changes.
Employee FTE: To change an employee's FTE (full-time equivalent) value and see the past values.

Note: FTE denotes what percentage of a full-time week the employee works. For example, if an employee works 20 hours in a 40-hour work week, their FTE value will be 50; a full-time employee's FTE will be 100.

Employee Type History: To change employee types and see a history of an employee's past employee types.
