Field Trip Users
There are two types of logins that have access to field trip requests: Field Trip Coordinators (FTC) and Field Trip Requesters (FTR).

Field Trip Requester (FTR)

Field Trip Requesters enter the trip information


Field Trip Coordinators (FTC)
Field Trip Coordinators approve and decline field trip requests, issue invoices and report bus incidents and maintenance problems. They also define Grade Types (ex. elementary), Grades (ex. 2nd), Bus Attributes (ex. handicap accessibility), Buses and Field Trip Programs.  The FTC can be configured to enter requests as well.


Field Trip Requesters (FTR) and Coordinators (FTC) access the Field Trip Request section in order to complete both requesting and administration tasks. To access the Field Trip Request section, follow these step-by-step instructions.

Login to the Field Trip system.


The system automatically opens into the Field Trip Request Manager and displays the options for Main Menu and Field Trip Request Manager:



Clicking MAIN MENU will access the various menu options.
