Defect History

Defect History enables you to view all the defects found and entered on the tablet by the operator during an inspection.

To access the Defect History screen, click Tablet ›› Defect History. A grid listing today's defects, by vehicle, will appear.

To see a history of defects, click the Alert History drop-down arrow and select the number of days of defects you'd like to see — the last 7 days, the last 30 days, or the last 90 days.

You can see the repaired defects as well by clicking the Include Fixed Defects check box to the right of the Alert History drop-down list.

You can click the Refresh button to the right of that to refresh the defects listed.

To filter a column, click the Filter icon () to the right of the column name. A filter options box will appear, as shown below. Enter your filtering criteria and click Filter.
